Description : The agreement consists of the following sub-assignments in the context of the RVCS: Removal of calamitous substancesto be stored pending further processing. Environmental soil advice and environmental process control During the removal of the calamitous substances, it becomes clear whether there is or may be soil contamination. If this is the case, an environmental soil is required immediatelyadvice will be issued showing whether remediation is necessary at this location. If this is the case, the soil remediation is then supervised in the form of environmental process control during the work. Soil remediation The actual implementation of the remediation must be carried out by an orkend contractor. This must comply with the applicable safety regime as described in the CROW 400 regulation. The remediation work as a whole must be carried out in accordance with the soil recognition scheme (KWALIBO). If the environmental soil advice shows that thisnecessary, the third sub-assignment can be proceeded to, being the soil remediation. .
