- The aim of this European tender is to enter into an agreement with one implementation partner with experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably within higher education, in order to achieve a successful implementation of a number of modules of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM package at the University Communications Department and Extension School of TU Delft. The activation of the Dynamics System licenses takes place in consultation between ICT TU Delft and the implementation partner. The licenses are purchased by TU Delft itself via SURF.
The implementation of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM system consists of the central implementation of the basis of the CRM system with 2 parallel projects from the management:
1. Communication
2. Education & Student Affairs: business unit TU Delft Extension School for Continuing Education (ES)
With the development of it basic system, the connection of future services and/or business units must be taken into account.
