Description:
The assignment concerns the outsourcing of a Managed Workplace for the RINIS Foundation. The assignment includes the supply, management and support of the workplace hardware and the office automation environment. The services include management and the provision of Apple workstations, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft 365 management, service desk services, application management, licensing and associated support and training. RINIS aims to conclude an agreement with one supplier for a complete managed workplace facility, where RINIS retains the management role and the supplier is responsible for operational implementation.
