Description:
For the DBFMO contracts, the changes in the output specification must be adjusted in accordance with the change in the contract management module. This action is a responsibility of the state and the Relatics system is used for this. The lack of current OS on DBFMO contracts with regard to changes makes contract management on the relevant projects. The RVB therefore wants changes to the OS to be updated as soon as possible in the Relatics system, the contract management module of the relevant DBFMO contract. The starting point is that the RVB itself provides text proposals that are suitable for incorporating in the contract management module. The effort required from the Contractor is to process the text proposals in Relatics and the delivery of related advice.
