- With the tendering and entering into the Master Agreement, a strategic collaboration between Vattenfall and two market parties (Strategic Suppliers) is envisaged, for a minimum duration of 4 years and a maximum duration of 8 years. Vattenfall and de Strate are developing within this Master Agreementgical Suppliers jointly install hybrid ATES installations where the scope of the Strategic Supplier at project level consists of design, realization and technical management and maintenance (full maintenance).
