Description:
There is room for housing development southeast of Woudsen. The first phase of the housing construction site at it Skar has been completed since 2007. In 2021, the municipal council approved the expansion of the residential area in Woudsend (phase two), at the east side of phase one. The second phase includes a total of 45 homes, of which twelve (12) semi-detached homes will be issued on a project basis through this procedure. The municipality owns the building plots and intends to sell them. To this end, the municipality wants to contract a project developer or construction company (hereinafter: 'developer') that will take ownership of the building plots and build homes there that meet pre-set conditions.
