Description:
Between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, the Hogeschool and University of Amsterdam carried out a public tender for contracting (3 to 5 star) hotel chains for hotel stays. An option has been built into this tender to: to open the tender annually, so that new hotels in Amsterdam have the opportunity to register during the term of the framework agreements. The tender documents can be found on TenderNed under number 436579. Since the tender was Mercell SourcetoContract has been published, interested parties from 3 to 5 star hotels can request the detailed tender documents via aanbesten@uva.nl. Providing the required documents based on the stated suitability requirements can also be done via aanschrijvenen@uva.nl. Interested hotels can request the tender documents via TenderNed or the above-mentioned email address until January 16, 2026 at the latest. After this deadline has passed, the next opportunity is to to register for a framework agreement in 2027.
