This is a changed contract compared to the 2025 tender in which Lot 1 was not awarded and Lot 2 was. Lot 1 is being retendered in this tender, where: sustainability requirements have been adjusted, sub-award criterion is sustainability adjusted in demand and weighting price sheet has been adjusted and maximized for ingredients. 2 locations changed or added. The inspection will take place on Monday, March 2 from 911 am. The municipality of Apeldoorn aims to use a European public tender procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012, to reach an agreement with one contractor for the provision of hot and cold drinks at its municipal locations.
