Description:
EBN B.V., hereinafter referred to as EBN, intends to purchase Hosting, maintenance, management, further development and support of Exact applications (hereinafter: the Assignment). To this end, it has created this European public tender.

The assignment essentially includes: Delivering, in accordance withhe Program of Wishes and Requirements, of the System including Exact consultancy, reports, required customization and technical application management on the Exact platform plus add-ons.

Managing and developing functionally and technically the customization and implementing the Exact (and Add-ons) roadmap based on the necessity and benefits (must haves and nice to haves) for EBN.
Also providing, managing and securing the underlying infrastructure.

EBN expects that the System in use, status October 1, 2024, as-is will be taken over by the potential new service providers.ener.
