- Technical licensing authorities with regard to mining convenience permits for the assessment of permit applications in the context of the Mining Act and the Environment Act, expressed in one plot in which assignments can be requested on the basis of 2 forms: 1. Temporary lending ofTechnical licensing authorities for all job profiles referred to in Annex 9, without realizing an employment contract between a technical permit provider and the client as a result of the further agreement. The technical permit providers are divided into 3Competence profiles on Junior, Medio and Seniorn level. 2. The execution of the assignment by a technical licensing authority can be distinguished in two main forms. Form 1 is based on effort, and form 2 is based on results. The distinction between hiring/exercise -oriented andhiring/result -oriented assignments, has to do with the way in which the different participants need their needs
