Description:
Procedure Tender through the European/National public procedure in accordance with the amended Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: www.breda.nl. Assignment The assignment concerns the hiring of specialist vehicles (such as garbage trucks, hook lift trucks and tractors) and personnel. Plots This contract is divided into the following lots: Hiring a specialist vehicles including personnel; Hiring specialist staff for specialist vehicles. Goal The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement per plot for the provision of these services with a term of 2 years, with the following effective date April 1, 2026. The client has the right to extend this two (2) times by one (1) year by mutual consent of the parties (6 months' notice period). The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on the basis of evaluation of the performance delivered. Maximum contract value The maximum order value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 900,000 over the term of the agreement, including extension options.
