• Procedure Tender through the European/National public procedure in accordance with the amended Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: Assignment The assignment concerns the hiring of specialist vehicles (such as garbage trucks, hook lift trucks and tractors) and staff. Lots This assignment is divided into the following lots: Hiring specialist vehicles including staff; Hiring specialist staff for specialist vehicles. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement per plot for the provision of these services with a term of 2 years with a starting date of 1 April 2026. The client has the right to extend this two (2) times by one (1) year by mutual consent of the parties (6 months' notice period). The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on the basis of an evaluation of the performance delivered. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at € 900,000, considered over the term of the agreement, including extension options. The distribution of this amount is as follows: Lot 1. Hiring of specialist vehicles including staff € 550,000, Lot 2. Hiring of specialist staff for specialist vehicles € 350,000. No rights can be derived from the stated amount. None applies to the client purchase obligation. If the maximum order value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
