Description: Contracting one contractor with whom Zuyd can structurally have one or more purchasing consultant (s) for the independent performing of (European) tenders in the field of working, services and/or deliveries. The course under the consultant (s) to be used must be as low as possible. The contractor has adequate (market) knowledge to be able to fill in all purchasing aspects that belong to the purchase of a college, with all its diversity. Zuyd also has an adequate legal backup through the contractor for all aspects of the procurement law and ARW. Finally, the contractor can contribute to the development of (purchasing) policy and the application of (new) purchasing procedures such as BVP.
