- The purpose of the tender is to conclude ten (10) contracts with different contractors who can supply personnel divided over five (5) lots.
The intended purpose of these framework agreements is to hire external personnel (flexible workers). This external staff willbe employed by NV Irado and NV BAR in accordance with a temporary employment structure, but also on the basis of secondment. This is indicated per plot in the associated Schedule of Requirements. It is important that the deployment of high-quality personnel is guaranteed and, if requested, thatd, the vacancies can be filled quickly at competitive rates. All framework agreements have a maximum term of four (4) years.
