Tender with a European procedure for hiring weed machines including personnel to Saver NV in Roosendaal.
Purpose of the tender
With this tender the wish is to conclude one (1) agreement per plot with one (1) supplier for a period of one (1) season with the option to extend.
If tenderers can only supply part of the requested amount per lot, an agreement will be concluded with several parties.
The intended effective date of the agreements is March 30, 2026 with a term of 8 months.
Scope of the Assignment
The work involves carrying out weed control work under the direction of Saver in the municipalities of Bergen op Zoom,
this requires:
Lot 1: 2x brush machine including staff
Lot 2: 2x brush cutters including staff
This amounts to one per requested machine, including personnel commitment of approx. 1,400 hours.
The work takes place daily from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
No rights can be derived from the numbers stated in this request.
Award system
The award of the contract is based on price-quality ratio (BPKV). The system is awarding based on value.
