Assignment
The assignment concerns the hiring of a contractor who can provide a tree crew consisting of:
A European Treeworker;
A green/tree caretaker;
A vehicle including small tools and machines.
Plots
This assignment is divided into two (2) equal plots:
Deployment of a tree teamfor approximately 4000 hours;
Deployment of a tree crew for approximately 4000 hours.
Purpose
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the services per plot with a term of two (2) years with a starting date of May 1, 2024.
The client has the unilateral right to these two(2) times for one (1) year. The decision-making regarding this extension(s) is made on the basis of an evaluation of the performance delivered.
Maximum contract value
The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 4,500,000, considered over the termof the agreement, including extension options.
No rights can be derived from the stated amount. There is no purchase obligation for the client.
