- The future contractor relieves ROC Midden Nederland of the work related to the deployment of invigilators/demand managers. The contractor is responsible, among other things, for pool management, a comprehensive planning (based on a planning system), instruction of invigilators/administrationleaders and all administrative and financial processes related to the invigilators/assessment leaders.
Pensioners are preferred, but non-pensioners can also be deployed.
We intend to re-invigorate the current pool of invigilators and examiners.n to qualify for the same position within the new framework agreement. In doing so, we take into account the Balanced Labor Market Act (WAB) and the allocation function. Process agreements in this regard can be made after award.
