- Description : The high resolution X-ray diffraction and scattering system will be purchased as part of the Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland program "Pilootlijnen", with the central aim to maintain and provide a coherent and accessible infrastructure for nano-technological research and innovation in the Netherlands. One of the aims of the Interreg "Pilootlijnen" project is to elevate photonic integration technology to a higher technology readiness level (TRL) which is one of the reasons that the high resolution X-ray diffraction and scattering system has to be future upgradable with a cassette-to-cassette loading robot. This to enable automatic measurements and to limit wafer handling.
