Tenders are invited for High Accuracy Service (has) Integrity Concepts across Galileo and Egnos Infrastructures HE-ESA-029 - Stage 1 - High Accuracy Service (HAS) integrity concepts across Galileo and EGNOS Infrastructures - With the increasing demands of autonomous systems in transportation (road, air with UAV, train, maritime) and in industry (machine control and automation), there is a growing interest towards the potential application of PPP solutions including GNSS based High Accuracy Service. Theactivity aims at consolidating and proving an integrity capability for high-accuracy carrier phase-based positioning across European GNSS infrastructures for various categories of users with different safety requirements. It will include a study phase followed byal proof-of-concept phase based on experiments making use of both Galileo and EGNOS testbeds. This activity belongs to Galileo/EGNOS Upstream RD which is part of the space component of Horizon Europe, under which, in line with the signed FFPA and relevant Contribution Agreement, ESA is delegated by the European Commission to manage this activity. ESA adapted procurement rules will apply asper the ITT to be published (open Competition in 2 stages). ESA reserves the right to place one parallel Contract subject to weighted quality of the proposal of at least 60 points, budget availability and related programmatic decision
