Description:
The objective of this activity is to develop for the Dual Frequency Multiple Constellation (DFMC) a generic host structure (called DSD-P), allowing to integrate existing software components, algorithms, and tools available to ESA or to be developed in the frame of EGNOS system evolution activities. It is targeted an end-to-end DFMC environment devoted to system feasibility assessments. It will allow a white-box and flexible approach for the integration of algorithmic functions and it will implement an interface allowing the connection with the EUSPA Service Demonstration testbed. This activity belongs to Galileo/EGNOS Upstream R&D which is part of the space component of Horizon Europe, under which, in line with the signed FFPA and relevant Contribution Agreement, ESA is delegated by the European Commission to manage this activity. ESA adapted procurement rules will apply as per the ITT to be published (open Competition in 2 stages).
