- It is the intention of the municipalities of Haarlem and Zandvoort to have the commitment on ex -detainees and justitia cakes carried out by one (1) party. By means of this pre -announcement, the contracting authority wants to test whether the assumption is correct that this services are known, the offering of Services to ex -detainees and justitia bodies, with the following purpose and conditions set only by Agros B.V. can be executed. Any interested parties can report (Thursday 2 October) via the message module in TenderNed for their interest in writing to make it known. If no other potential providers report, the contracting authority will negotiate with Agros B.V. The agreement will be concluded as of January 1, 2026 for a period of three (3) years with an optional extension of 1 period of three (3) years. The assignment will then be granted without further prior announcement.
