It is the intention of the municipalities of Haarlem and Zandvoort to have the deployment on direct mediators carried out by one (1) party. By means of this pre -announcement, the contracting authority wants to test whether the assumption is correct that offering services to these candidates with the provisions Conditions only by Agros B.V. can be executed.
