• The work mainly consists of: Maintenance of ornamental plants Maintenance of shrub plants Maintenance of forest plants Maintenance of recreational lawns and lawns Additional obligations Flora and Fauna and traffic measures Additional work The work for the green maintenance of the The municipalities of Asten and Someren are located within the municipal boundaries of both municipalities and have been merged into one assignment. This merger was chosen because the municipalities have one joint field service (UDAS) that is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the implementation of green maintenance. This division into two separate agreements offers the desired flexibility for the future. If one of the two municipalities decides to use another one at a later stage to carry out the maintenance, the contract of the other municipality remains unaffected. A cultural technology company usually has all the disciplines in-house to carry out the various parts of the work. The scope of the assignment is also such that the entire work is done for one average SME in this sector is also easily feasible in a combined form. Duration of contract The agreement commences immediately after award and is entered into for a minimum period of four calendar years (until December 31, 2029) with the option to extend this twice for one year up to a maximum of six extendable for years. The municipalities determine individually and in consultation with the contractor to what extent these extension options will be considered.
