- This European public tender concerns the implementation of green and site maintenance at 28 locations in the Groningen Safety Region. The assignment includes the maintenance of gardens and outdoor areas, including work according to CROW image quality B, supplemented with effort-oriented work. Incidental minor paving repairs and maintenance of the sports field are also part of the scope. The contractor will be responsible for proactive and results-oriented services, whereby sites are at all times accessible, safe and representative for emergency services and staff. Sustainability, clear communication and continuity in maintenance are important principles. The contract is tendered as one lot and leads to a four-year agreement, with an option of up to two one-year terms extension.
