Tenders are invited for Greek National Satellite Space Project: Axis 1.1 Thermal Space Segment. Price Range: 500 KEURO Open Date: 19/02/2024 11:51 CET Closing Date: 01/04/2024 13:00 CET The present Statement of Work describes the activities to be executed and the associated deliverables required by the European Space Agency ("ESA" or the "Agency") from the Contractor as part of Axis 1.1 of the Greek National Satellite Space Project. Axis 1.1 covers the Greek Thermal Space Segment, and includes the following:1. Delivery of thermal images from an existing infrastructure over the Greek Area of Interest (AOI), in parallel to the elements in point 2 being implemented.2. Development of a Greek Observation System, consisting of:- Space Segment (at least 4 satellites), including launch service procurement and in-orbit delivery of the satellites- Ground Segment (as a service) :i. Flight Operations System (FOS)ii. Payload Data Ground Segment (PDGS)iii. Mission Planning System (MPS - could be part of the PDGS)iv. Processing of the acquired data into geolocated thermal images3. Exploitation Plan development, and execution during Routine Operations
