- The Assignment concerns the provision of the following postal services for the Participating Organizations: • The collection, sorting and delivery of outgoing mail, including letterbox packages, with a domestic or foreign destination. This item is sent from the Netherlands. • It handling other services. The other services consist of: o Physical return mail. Handling returned mail that must be brought to (office) locations of Participating organizations within the Netherlands. This post can come from home or abroad. A distinction is made here between return mail that must be physically returned to the sending party and/or mail that is returned digitally, depending on the way in which the Participating Organization wants to receive the mail back. o Collecting and delivering mail items. o For lot 1, PO boxes have freepost numbers, including shipments to freepost number, are part of the scope. See Appendix 2.
