The assignment concerns the conclusion of an Agreement for the delivery, implementation, provision and maintenance of an on-premise Governance, Risk and Compliance (hereinafter GRC) solution to further set up and support the Governance, Risk and Compliance business processes and the delivery of Services and Additional services. The Agreement is entered into as a government contract for a period of 5 years, target date from 01-04-2025 to 31-03-2030, with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend the Agreement 3 times for a period of 5 years under the same conditions.
