• Description:
• The aim of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement on behalf of the Ministry of Defense for various different types of gift cards. Gift cards include both digital and physical cards that are mainly issued to employees in the context of a (special) occasion, performance and the like. This could include a gift card for individual rewards and/or anniversaries. In addition, the gift card can also be used as a token of appreciation for external people who have made a contribution, for example. The The orderer of the gift card will determine per order which gift card(s) is/are most suitable for the relevant (group of) persons and/or situation. The contracted supplier must therefore offer a broad spectrum of different gift cards that can be widely exchanged, this means, among other things, at many physical and/or online stores and/or gift cards that can be exchanged for a wide range of products and services. The value on the gift card can vary from €5 to €150 per gift card. The supplier must be able to: organizationally and logistically to deliver the desired number of gift cards within the desired delivery time. The order size can vary from a single piece per order to a bulk order (see appendix 3 for the Schedule of Requirements). The Ministry of Defense expects, based on current knowledge, about the maximum duration of the framework agreement € 4.84 million (including VAT). This is the carefully estimated value. To address uncertainty and other possible unforeseen circumstances, the maximum contract value has been set at 100% above the carefully estimated value, which amounts to €9.68 million (including VAT) over the entire term of the agreement (maximum 4 years). The VAT rate may vary when selling the card (0%, 9% or 21%), the VAT rate depends on the gift card chosen.
