- RVO aims to publish a European tender around the first half of April 2024. The objective of this tender is to conclude an agreement with one or more tenderers who are able to carry out geotechnical investigations at the nearshore Huibertgat and on the Ballonplaat to the north of the Rottumerplaat, The Netherlands. This European tender will consist of two different lots, divided on the basis of water depth and workability. The deliverables of these investigations are part of the PAWOZ (Programma Aanlanding Wind Op Zee) site investigations and will be used for a feasibility study. The exact scope will be determined in the near future, but both CPT (Cone Penetration Tests) and borehole sampling are anticipated for both lots. Both investigations are planned to be executed in Q3 of 2024 .
