Description:
The current agreements for the performance of simple and/or routine geotechnical services and the DAS geotechnical services have now been terminated.
After termination of these agreements, WSRL has inventoried how the services could best be marketed andn it has been concluded that the geotechnical services are desirable as a framework agreement with multiple parties.
By concluding Framework Agreements, WSRL strives for a collaboration and partnership between WSRL and the Contractors, with which to guarantee quality and further optimization of process and information exchange is intended.
The Framework Agreements relate to assignments within the management area (rural / urban) of WSRL.
This document therefore aims to connect parties to WSRL to meet the requirements and wishes defined by WSRL for the onioncarrying out geotechnical services.
WSRL intends to enter into Framework Agreements for a period of two (2) years with the option to unilaterally extend the agreements two (2) times for one (1) year under identical conditions.
The total estimate of the order withinn the term of the agreement is € 2,000,000 per year.
