- The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the maintenance and revitalization of the existing furniture, whereby the lifespan is extended as long as possible (while maintaining quality). And supplying new refurbished furniture if maintenance is not llonger makes sense.
An important point of attention in the framework agreement to be concluded is the ability to maintain the furniture that is already present. If furniture does have to be purchased, it should be produced circularly as much as possible/consist of circular materials or recycled materials.to be renovated/refurbished.
The services include maintenance, cleaning, repair, restoration, remaking, repurposing, finishes, upholstery, lighting, project design, project management, designs and (revision) drawings for furnishing.
