- For the implementation of the front desk of the Caballero Factory, the Municipality of The Hague is looking for a party that can provide the services of the front desk in an experienced manner.
The front desk is the first point of contact for tenants, guests and suppliers and the business card of the factory. Nextproviding a hospitable and professional reception, the front desk is responsible for the entire location, incoming telephone traffic and supervising service providers (such as cleaning and technical service). The front desk is independently responsible for, among other things, the issuance of securitysecurity cards and mailbox management.
