Description: Purpose of the tender: The assignment involves the realization of an extension of approximately 5,000 m2 of shed space, following an existing shed of 10,000 m2 of shed space (excluding office space). The current rear facade is removed, so that the total of around 15,000 m2 becomes one large space. In the existing shed, a few multi-year maintenance work is carried out. These are structural and installation technical maintenance work. The expansion will be realized at the tenant's request. The tenant has indicated that he will invest in a new and larger sorting machine, which involves an amount of approximately € 80 million. In order to use this machine in accordance with the long -term planning, the tenant has indicated that he wants to use early commissioning, in good consultation with executive parties. A route is also made available on the site to transport goods from AirSide to the temporary sorting location (and vice versa).
