Description:
The (initial) scope of the assignment consists of the entire process of design and preparation up to and including the final delivery of rectifier stations to the management organization. The assignment is divided into 2 plots: plot tram (with initially 28 rectifier stations) and plot metro(With initially 16 rectifier stations. Never before has GVB work on the energy supply in such a large -scale manner. Until now, the sub -projects for the energy supply have been picked up one by one and engaged to engineering firms (IBs) and contractors.The large scale of the task in combination with the scarce market capacity requires a different way of working, both internal GVB and in the collaboration with market parties. The chosen large -scale approach also requires a new form of control: working from a program in construction teams withContractors.
