• The Scheldestromen Water Board regularly uses external specialized parties to carry out (emergency) repairs to sewage transport pipes. In order to continue to carry out these activities in a structural, reliable and efficient manner, Scheldestromen Water Board is launching this European tender with the aim of contracting one or more suitable suppliers who can provide long-term support to the water board in the event of calamities and less urgent repairs. The service includes support for various activities on sewage transport pipes, including pressure pipes, gravity pipes and site pipes at the sewage treatment plants. The assignment also extends to the maintenance and repair of all related fittings, such as valves, air vents, wells, pipe sleeves and other piping components. This service also includes the installation of temporary valves at the location of an emergency, as well as draining and keeping work pits dry (well drainage) to carry out repair work safely and efficiently. In addition, providing personnel and material support during flooding situations - such as installing emergency pumps - also makes a difference. an integral part of the scope. To ensure efficient and effective execution of the contract, the tender has been divided into three separate lots: Lot 1: Repair services to pipelines in the area north of the Western Scheldt. Lot 2: Repair services to pipelines south of the Western Scheldt. Lot 3: On-call repair services for pipe emergencies with a diameter of 850 mm to 1380 mm within the entire working area of ​​Zeeland. This plot is because of the specific nature of the work not geographically classified. This plot division allows the water board to make optimal use of the expertise of specialized parties. One (1) contractor is contracted per plot. Subscribers can opt for one or more lots and, if they meet the requirements, can qualify for all three lots.
