Description:
The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to register for the tender for the Supply of and maintenance of household white and brown goods. The procedure used is the public procedure from the Public Procurement Act 2012 (AW). The Contracting Authority is the State of the Netherlands, Ministry of Defense. The tender is being carried out by the Defense Support Command (DOSCO). The assignment concerns the on-demand delivery, installation and incidental maintenance of household white and brown goods. This also includes repairing and supplying loose spare parts and the return of replaced household white and brown goods within the scope of the assignment. Professional white and brown goods and professional audiovisual equipment are excluded from the scope. The assignment must be carried out at all Defense locations within the European part of the Netherlands, including the Wadden Islands and Munster. See the Schedule of Requirements in Appendix 1 of the guideline for a detailed description of the assignment. The assignment must be carried out in accordance with the draft agreement as attached to the guideline as appendix 2. The agreement only contains the ARIV 2018 Defense as general terms and conditions apply. See appendix 3. The applicability of general (delivery) conditions of the tenderer and third parties is express ruled out.
