• Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with Chapter 2 of the ARW 2016. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the website municipality: Assignment The framework agreement is intended for research into the location of cables and pipes in the design phase of civil engineering or construction projects. Digging test trenches during the execution of works is not part of this this agreement and will be carried out by the contractor of the work in question. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Objective The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for these services with a term of two years with a starting date of April 1, 2026. The client has the unilateral right to extend this twice by one year. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is based on an evaluation of the performance delivered. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 400,000, considered over the term of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the stated amount. For The client is not obliged to purchase. If the maximum order value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
