- Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with Chapter 2 of the ARW 2016. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Assignment The framework agreement is intended for research into the location of cables and pipes in the design phase of civil engineering or construction projects. Digging test trenches during the execution of works is not permitted part of this agreement and will be carried out by the contractor of the work in question. Plots This contract is not divided into lots. Goal The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for these services with a term of two years with a starting date of April 1, 2026. The client has the unilateral right to extend this twice for one year. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is based on an evaluation of the delivered services performance. Maximum contract value The maximum order value in the context of this framework agreement is set at €400,000 over the term of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the stated amount derived. There is no purchase obligation for the client.
