The aim of the tender is to conclude two agreements for applying temporary traffic measures:
-One framework agreement with the winning tenderer of plot 1 and
-One framework agreement with the winning tenderer of plot 2.
Part of the framework agreement belonging to parcel 2 is an option on the basis of which also applying temporary traffic measures to projects and jobs in area 2B (option A) and area 1 and 2a (option B) can be purchased from the winning tenderer of parcel 2
