Description: TenneT has bundled her experiences and developed from the German 900MW HVDC and Dutch 700MW AC programs in the new 2GW program. The result is a new approach to future connections with a capacity of 2 gigawatt (GW) by means of 525 kilovolts (kv) HVDC connections.
