Description: Management and Maintenance of the gem Apeldoorn wants to close ROKs with up to three suppliers who, in case of need for external capacity, provide the unit with algae and skilled employees Green and operators for lawn mowers.
The aim is to deploy external parties only if work cannot be carried out by internal employees. We mainly use the ROKs when there is a capacity shortage.
The hiring agreements are divided between the parties through mini competitions. See the draft agreements. The working method for mini competitions is also described in the PoR.
Total size of assignment to be divided is, based on recent past, approx. 125,000 EUR p.a. exc VAT. No rights can be derived from this.
The municipality is trying to approach reality. The provider must take into account indicative numbers and / or amounts that may deviate in practice
