Description: Cause / background Framework agreement The Management and Maintenance unit of the municipality of Apeldoorn wants to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of three suppliers through this European tender that will provide the unit with general and skilled employees in case of need for external capacity. and lawnmower operators. The municipality of Apeldoorn has the objective to only deploy external parties when the work cannot be handled adequately and on time by internal staff. We mainly use the framework agreements in the event of a lack of capacity. Hiring of personnel The further agreements are divided between the framework contract parties through mini competitions.
