- The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to participate in the tender for the supply and maintenance of a diving system that can operate in both a closed and semi-closed configuration, also called rebreathers. - It concerns the assignment concluding a framework agreement for the supply and maintenance by the Contracting Authority of the diving systems for an ELOT of 12 years determined by the Ministry of Defense. - The assignment concerns the term of the contract framework agreement can provide user and maintenance training required to use the diving system and so that the Contracting Authority can independently carry out OLM, ILM and DLM maintenance during this period. - It concerns the assignment During the term of the framework agreement, we can supply spare parts, tools and (if applicable) software updates to independently carry out OLM, ILM and DLM maintenance. - The assignment also concerns the possibility to: to be able to outsource incidental ILM and DLM maintenance to the supplier during the term of the framework agreement.
