Description:
The province of Gelderland will outsource part of the surveying activities. It concerns part of the revision measurements and the measurement of DTMs for road projects. For this, the province wishes to conclude a contract with two (2) companies. Duration of the contract The province wants to build a sustainable relationship with both framework contract partners through a sample of two (2) years. The province also wants to keep the option open, for the framework contract two (2) times with one (1) year too shy. The intended effective date is 1 August 2023. The nature of the agreement The agreement has the character of a framework agreement. This means that the conditions regarding further assignments to be installed are laid down in advance. If a concrete, actual need occurs with the contracting authority, this can be provided for by contractors on the basis of further partial assignments that fits within the framework of the agreement.
