Description:
The province of Gelderland will outsource part of the surveying work. This concerns part of the revision measurements and the measurement of DTMs for road projects. For this purpose, the province wishes to conclude a contract with two (2) companies.
Term of the contract
The provincie wants to build a sustainable relationship with both framework contract partners through a framework contract with a term of two (2) years. The province also wants to keep the option open to extend the framework contract two (2) times by one (1) year.
Intended starting date is August 1, 2023.
Character of the OVagreement
The Agreement has the character of a Framework Agreement. This means that the conditions regarding further orders to be placed have been laid down in advance. If a concrete, actual need arises at the Contracting Authority, this can be provided by Contractors on basis of a Further partial assignments, which fit within the framework of the Agreement.
