- This concerns a public European tender for work for the Maintenance of Element Paving in Roosendaal. The contracting authority wants to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 4 years with one contractor. The work mainly consists of: a. the inclusion of paving;
b. breaking up van foundation;
c. excavating, processing, finishing and transporting soil;

Explicitly excluded from this agreement:
Integral projects. These are projects in which the bnecessary work from multiple disciplines (green, public lighting) must be coordinated and require customization;
Reconstructions. A reconstruction occurs when a new life cycle is started, involving (large-scale) work on the subsurface (foundation).and underground infrastructure (sewage and cables and pipes) are necessary;
Projects resulting from (expansion) housing construction.
(Paving) work in connection with work on cables and pipes.
Daily minor maintenance covered by the WVS service specifications.
