Description:
Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: Maintenance assignment to the electrical installations of municipal social real estate. Objective The aim of the tender is to arrive at a framework agreement for maintenance of electrical installations with a term of four (4) years with a commencement date of March 1, 2026. Awarding of contractors The valid tender with the best price-quality ratio will be awarded per plot. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 6,500,000 over the term of the agreement. This includes 50% contingency margin. If during the term of the framework agreement the maximum order value is exceeded, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier). No rights can be derived from the stated amount.
