Description:
The agreement consists of the supply of licenses, including the provision of a web portal and the performance of related services. This concerns a broad package of standard system software licenses and office application licenses (collectively referred to as system licents) from different manufacturers and for different applications, such as, but not limited to:
Microsoft licenses
Servers
Networks
Workplaces
Office automation (e.g. Adobe, Teamviewer, LastPass)
Process management
Security
Reports
Databases
In terms of scope ('cope') of software that qualifies as 'standard' software, a connection is sought with characteristics of standard software. This consists of the following features:
Commercial Of The Shelf Software (COTSS);
no custom software;
no heavy and lengthy implementation or training required;[1]
noprofessional applications[2]

[1] Criterion: one-off costs may not be proportionately higher than the purchase of the system licenses.
[2] This includes (not exhaustive): tax, civil affairs, BAG, etc.
