Description: This tender includes the integral maintenance of utility objects and homes. Integrated for all disciplines, construction, electrical and climate installations, transport and fall protection. Diverse are the type of objects, the elements present, the use of the objects and the diversity in work to be performed. Work is carried out in objects that (possibly temporarily) are not (more) to be used to achieve government goals.
There are two framework agreements, a version for the plots of utility objects and a version for the plots of the houses including the lease farms.
