The following means: workplace hardware (PC's, thin clients, laptops, tablets, and the like) server hardware (including storage, san, ups, and the like) network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, switches, access points, and the like); Telephony / Communication (mobile phones, smartphones, VoIP phones, analogue phones, conference systems) peripherals (monitors, projectors, desktop printers, and the like) accessories and supplies (cases, headsets, keyboards, cables, and the like) Optional: Workplace-related services (extracted Delivery, equipped with software image and / or sticker with tag etc.) Optional: Removal Hardware (certified) Optional: Advice on complex IT issues, for example a new infrastructure optional: related services such as designing and implementing The contracting authority has assigned the contract consciously.
